With over 2,100 available car spaces spanning over six levels, parking at Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre is easy and convenient.Parking validations can be acquired from various stores – see below; and the car park is also equipped with parking guidance indicator technology to help you find a car spot that much easier.

Best access for Coles, Hoyts, IKEA and Kmart

To help make your shopping experience more convenient, we’ve also highlighted the best parking locations so you can easily access your favourite major stores:

• Coles: Simply enter off Burnley Street and park on Red Level
• Hoyts: Simply enter of Victoria Street and park on Green Level, or off Burnley Street and park on Red Level.
• IKEA: Simply enter off Vickers Drive and take the ramp up to Yellow Level
• Kmart: Simply enter off Victoria Street and park on Green Level

Did you know you can skip the queue at the pay station by opting to pay via credit card at the exit gate? Simply:

1. Insert your ticket at the yellow mouth at exit gate.
2. Scan any valid barcode at the red light on top right corner of exit gate.
3. Tap your credit card at the green screen on the bottom right of the exit gate or insert credit card above pay pass.
4. Collect receipt when payment is successful and the boom gate will go up.

*Coles and Kmart - free parking commences at time of entry. If you park for 1 – 2 hours, you will pay $1 for the second hour. If you park for longer than 2 hours, you will pay to park for the full duration of your stay (i.e. there will be no free or discounted parking period).

*IKEA, Hoyts and Fitness First – free parking commences at time of entry. If you exceed the applicable free parking period, you will pay to park for the full duration of your stay (i.e. there will be no free parking period). For IKEA only – validation is subject to minimum purchase of $6.50 (exc consumables).

Only one (1) validation per ticket.

Disabled visitors get free parking on presentation of their disabled permit at the customer service office located on the Green Level car park at the bottom of the Kmart travelators.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR TICKETS TO THE PAY STATION BEFORE RETURNING TO YOUR VEHICLE.
